SCI was established as a Minority Based Enterprise in order to aid all National and International Military Branches by offering and supplying customized food products that adhere to the requirements of the Military. SCI began with a vision of becoming a world-class Military food supplier in the Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business sector. With over 200 years of combined Military and food service experience, SCI members work diligently to bring high quality products that fit the Military menu requirements to the table. Many team members have experienced successful Military careers in preparing, cooking, and serving food. Others have been honored to have served our food service men and women in uniform for many years. Our team works with prime vendors, in order to bring items to various Military commands for implementation to menus. With regulations, requirements, and specific standards that must be met, our team of experts understand that "you only get one shot to do it right".
